影像类产品能源之星3.0版本于2019年10月11日正式生效

影像类产品能源之星3.0版本于2019年10月11日正式生效。随着科技的发展，全球对能源效率越来越重视，相关要求也越来越高，美国于2018年12月28日，发布了影像类产品能源之星Energystar imaging equipment products specification V3.0最终版，关键信息如下：

生效时间表：

1. 3.0版本于2019年10月11日生效(6.1.1)。

2. 2.0版本于2019年5月15日停止申请，现有的2.0版本在2019年10月11日前仍有效。

变化一：

1） 在产品种类中删除了独立复印机（Copier）和独立传真机（Fax Machine）这两个产品类别，删除了原先规定两种及以上核心功能的限制。(Clause A item 5 and 2.2.2)。以下不可以做影像设备能源之星认证：

1. Products that are designed to operate directly on three-phase power;

2. Standalone Copiers; and

3. Standalone Fax Machines.

2） 在产品种类中增加了专业影像产品（Professional Imaging Product）这个类别，并对其类别相关产品列出了要求 (Clause A item 8)。

变化二：

增加恢复时间（Recover time）的概念以及测试，需要测量产品从睡眠模式（Sleep-mode）或者关闭（Off-mode）模式恢复到就绪状态（Ready state）的时间；(Clause E item 4 and 3.3.4)。

变化三：

增加专业数字前端(DFE)产品要求 (1.0 Clause E item 5 d)。

变化四：

EPS外置电源适配器能效等级从V级提高到VI级；(3.2.1)。测试方法满足DOE的Appendix Z to 10 CFR Part 430.

1. Single- and Multiple-voltage EPSs shall include the Level VI or higher marking.

3. The above requirements shall not apply to any EPSs shipped with a Digital Front End (DFE)
